SPECIAL 2: Prom planning tool

In cooperation with Ball-Checker, we are providing you with the planning tool “my.Ball-Checker” at a discounted price. This tool makes it easier for you to organise and run your Prom. Above all, the transparency towards your classmates, parents and teachers will significantly increase and encourage their motivation and willingness to support you in the planning.

The software enables you to carry out the planning and organisation of your Prom in the following areas largely with the help of IT:

SPECIAL 3: Your personalised ball cards

A very special service for your prom are our prom tickets and the possibility to sell them online via oeticket. We offer free tickets to every prom organiser, on which your most important information can be found. Our new tickets have a bar code, which makes them forgery-proof and they can also be sold online.

SPECIAL 4: The perfect styling

“Life isn’t perfect, but your style can be!”
And your style, from make-up to hairstyling, should of course be perfect on your night out. That’s why we’re offering you a special collaboration with Styling by Christa Wiesner. And with a special discount – for all your Matura ball princesses and princes.

SPECIAL 5: The most beautiful memory

As a ball organiser in one of our locations, you will receive an equally unique special to remember your unique ball night: your very own “BALLROOM Magazine”. The exclusive glossy magazine in the popular pocket format (A5) reports on all the highlights of your party with the most beautiful photos and stories. In the style of a society magazine.
