YOUR SUPPORTING ROLE:
- You are the face of our company – whether in the initial contact on site or in the professional support of partners and customers.
- The recording and invoicing of customer data is in your hands – independently and efficiently.
- You take care of office organisation and ensure that all business transactions are carefully documented
- Together with the project management team, you will make trade fairs and events a success.
- Your ideas are in demand! You play an active role in the further development of our trade fair formats.
- You expand our network of customers and suppliers.
- You will be responsible for reporting and always keep an eye on the competition.
YOUR TALENTS AND SKILLS:
- You have a commercial or tourism qualification or relevant professional experience. If you have already worked in event management or project management, this is a welcome bonus.
- The ability to work in a team, strong interpersonal skills, initiative and a willingness to learn are values that are just as important to you as they are to us.
- You are professional and customer-orientated, reliable and goal-oriented. You are characterised by your high level of initiative.
- You have an outstanding customer and service orientation and enjoy communicating (by phone and digitally) with our customers.
- You have a structured, flexible and self-determined way of working.
- Conceptual and analytical skills as well as excellent time management are naturally part of your strengths.
- Because we operate internationally, excellent German and English skills (written and spoken) are essential.
