The MCG is easy to reach by public transport.
Graz Ostbahnhof railway station is only 500 metres away from the Messeplatz site. Congress Graz and the sports facilities of Stadion Graz-Liebenau GmbH are also perfectly connected to the public transport network.

If the event tickets are also valid as public transport tickets, a note is printed on the ticket itself with the applicable zone.

For reasons of safety and consideration, dogs are unfortunately not permitted on our premises or at events and trade fairs (with the exception of therapy and assistance dogs).

Disabled parking spaces vary depending on the event or trade fair. We provide information on this on the respective event details page. Parking spaces are generally available in the barrier-free underground car park Fröhlichgasse 20, 8010 Graz (lift available), these are not free of charge and must be paid for.

In principle, we have very limited space for coaches. For this reason, it is only possible to park coaches on site for individual or selected events. However, this must be agreed in advance with the respective project management!

Motorhomes can park here, but overnight stays are not permitted. Unfortunately, our space is too limited for caravans, which is why it is not possible!

In principle, there is a box office for every event or trade fair. If the event is already sold out, no more tickets will be available.

At the MCG / Conrad-von-Hötzendorfstraße location, the box office for events is always run by the Ö-Ticket Centre to the left of the main entrance to Stadthalle Graz. You can also pick up your deposited tickets here.
In principle, however, please always look out for signs on site – the box office and guest list information may be located elsewhere.

At the Congress Graz / Sparkassenplatz location, the box office is located in the foyer on the ground floor.

The age limit varies from event to event and from Organizer to Organizer. Information on this can be found in the respective general terms and conditions of the organiser or from the Organizer directly. You will also be informed about any age restrictions when purchasing tickets via oeticket.

LOCATION STADTHALLE / MESSE / MESSECONGRESS GRAZ:
This varies depending on the event, but in most cases drinks purchased on site may be taken into the hall in cups. A notice will be displayed on site or security staff will point this out.

LOCATION CONGRESS GRA:
This varies depending on the event. Any regulations in this regard will be displayed on site.

Suitcases and large items of luggage may not be left at the cloakroom.
However, there are lockers on our premises that can be used. You must first insert a one-euro coin and then a two-euro coin. The two-euro coin will be returned to you after your stay, so the usage fee is one euro.

No, the concert will not be cancelled in this case – we will simply dance in the rain and still party like never before!
Should there be any severe weather warnings, we will of course monitor the situation very closely and inform you immediately on site and via our website or on our social media channels as soon as there are any changes.

Please note: Umbrellas are not permitted on site and cannot be handed in. There is also no cloakroom at open-air events. So please take precautions and bring a mackintosh or rain protection.
