During the Vienna premiere on April 12, 2018, the show received the “Platinum Ticket” for over 800,000 tickets sold. In 2023 the show returns to Austria, with numerous new discoveries and newly designed highlights.

Spectacular, imaginative, dreamy, intense and a little eccentric, the new producers want to continue Heller’s legacy. The organizers and producers are putting together a completely new program for the 2023 tour.

The ensemble of over fifty dancers, musicians, acrobats and artists from over ten different countries will not only cause a sensation with the new stage show, but also with spectacular video art and a live band.

In terms of dance, the show features traditional dances from all corners of the world in Africa” as well as Afro-American developments and re-imports of break and street dance.

AFRICA! AFRICA! In 2022, shows the artistic present as well as the traditional heritage from the “continent of wonder” – from Ethiopia to the Ivory Coast, from Morocco to South Africa as well as their further development of Afro-Americans and Afro-Europeans in the “Diaspora”, who also share African talent and temperament connect with the cultural influences of other continents. And so AFRICA is touring! AFRIKA again through Germany and Austria.
