The current competition on Facebook / Instagram includes the following general conditions:
Competition period: 22 – 29 January 2025
During this period, the following will be raffled off: 7×2 tickets for the SCHOKOLADEFEST event from 07 – 09 February 2025 at Messe Graz Hall A.
Participation takes place by filling out the form provided via Facebook / Instagram or by completing the entry form. The draw will take place in camera.

The winners will be notified by email, Facebook message or Instagram comment.

The participant expressly agrees to this form of notification and publication. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the name and email address provided.

We, Messe Congress Graz Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H., process the data provided by you for the purpose of organising the competition.
We do this on the basis of Art. 6 (1)b of the GDPR (fulfilment of contract).

Only registered Facebook or Instagram users can participate in Facebook or Instagram competitions as such and the processing of the data is carried out by Facebook and Instagram within the framework of their guidelines.

Messe Congress Graz Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. is not responsible for the data processing.
Data collected by us as part of the competitions will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.

Messe Congress Graz Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. reserves the right to censor unauthorised content.

Cash redemption of the prize is not possible.

Legal recourse is excluded. Austrian law applies. For organisational reasons, no correspondence can be entered into regarding this competition.

MCG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular if the competition cannot run as planned for any reason, such as software and/or hardware errors and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons that affect the administration, security, integrity and/or regular and proper running of the competition. In such cases, MCG also has the right to modify the competition at its discretion.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you will not be able to participate in the competition.
