IT'S MORE THAN A STADIUM
Anyone who thinks that football is simply played in our stadium is mistaken. It’s not called “It’s more than a game” for nothing. The Merkur Arena is always a good match. But it’s not just about getting the ball into the net. There is also plenty on offer off the pitch. Most of the time, football reigns supreme in the Merkur Arena. Over 15,000 fans in the stands create a real goosebump atmosphere. But the Merkur Arena can be more than just a backdrop for exciting sporting events. Yes, the city’s largest stadium is primarily the home ground of SK Sturm Graz and GAK 1902, BUT it is also a venue for seminars, meetings and even galas and corporate events. The elegant VIP area provides the perfect backdrop and the impressive floodlights create the right atmosphere.
