Whether professional or amateur sport, the Weinzödl sports campus is there for everyone. And also suitable for a wide range of sports.

At 67,000 square metres, the Weinzödl sports campus is the largest training centre of its kind in Austria. With four large natural grass training pitches including floodlights, a match pitch with covered stands and space for up to 2,500 people. This is why the sports stars of today and the young athletes of tomorrow train here in the north of Graz. For example, Weinzödl is home to around 300 young footballers from the GAK Juniors.

The sports campus is also a great place for school and youth sports camps. The 9-hole Andritz golf course, a climbing park, the Ballpark Graz for Anglo-American sports, a cycling trial course and the “Shopping Nord” shopping centre are also located in the immediate vicinity. There are car parks and a connection to public transport (bus route 52). The Weinzödl sports campus is approx. 15 minutes from Graz city centre.

MAIN BUILDING
The ground floor of the main building not only houses changing rooms, medical care facilities, wellness and fitness rooms, but also a drying room, technical facilities and recreation rooms.
OUTDOOR INSTALLATION
The outdoor facility has 4 large natural grass training pitches (each approx. 68 m x 105 m) with floodlights, which are ideal for all grass sports. One pitch is used exclusively as a match pitch and offers space for up to 2,500 people in the covered stands.
ARTIFICIAL TURF PITCH
The artificial turf pitch (68 m x 102 m) can be used for matches and training sessions all year round, regardless of the weather. A further 2,400 m² natural grass goalkeeper training pitch is ideal for goalkeeper and individual training.
ADDITION
The 149 m² utility building is used to store equipment and sports equipment, and also houses changing rooms, an office and a recreation room.
